Shipping
Orders are processed after payment authorization and address verification. Standard shipping timelines apply. Delivery timelines depend on carrier operations, destination, customs processing, and local conditions. The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a shipment is returned to HK All-Win International Science & Technology Limited because the customer did not accept delivery or provided an incorrect address, the customer bears all reshipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error by HK All-Win International Science & Technology Limited or by a damaged or defective item confirmed under the damaged goods section.
14-Day No-Reason Refund Policy

PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Local laws require up to 30 days for PayPal refunds in some regions. The customer must allow the full statutory period where local law applies.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in a condition that permits resale. The item must be unused and in original packaging. The item must be free from stains, odors, alterations, and damage caused by the customer. The customer must not remove tags that are required for return. HK All-Win International Science & Technology Limited may reject a return if the item does not meet these conditions. Non-returnable items are those that do not meet the conditions in this section. The customer must contact [email protected] before sending any return. Unauthorized returns may be refused. The customer must write the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Return Process

Step 3: The customer packages the item securely. The item must be unused and in original packaging. The customer includes the return authorization number inside the package.
Step 4: The customer sends the package using a trackable shipping method. The customer completely bears all return shipping costs. The customer keeps the tracking number.
Step 5: The customer sends the package to the recipient and address specified in the return authorization.
